How Do I Order?
Each of my items is attached to my Shopping Cart. You can use this to build your order, calculate your Shipping and Handling cost and pay by credit card. Or, if you see an item you want to order just email me for a quote. Please include your zip code, the item name(s), quantity, and if possible, the method of payment you want to use (I also accept checks and money orders). I'll respond to you with your total and other pertinent information.

Cabin Basics gladly serves interior decorators, restaurants, hotels, lodges, rental cabins, and various other commercial businesses. Depending on the size of your order you may qualify for a bulk discount! Please email me for details..
New York State Sales Tax
According to tax law in NYS I am required to charge 8.0% sales tax on orders delivered within the state. Sorry, no way to get around this other than to say that the state does use tax collections to support a variety of nature preserves throughout the state.

Payment
PayPal, Money Orders, or Checks (Personal or Cashiers) are all fine. If you use my Shopping Cart, you can also pay by credit card through Paypal's secure online service. Of course nothing works better than good old cash - but I wouldn't want you to send that through the mail! PayPal payments are the most convenient and will result in the fastest shipping. When paying by check, please give me time to let it clears before shipping - nothing personal - I've just had some basketballs in the past.
Shipping
For most items on this site I ship to US residents via UPS Ground which is fast and reliable. Before buying you may email me to get your actual charges - just send me the item name and I'll do my best to get right back to you. If you’re outside the US please email me to get the actual shipping charges.
Due to size and availability, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Whenever this is the case the item's description will give full details.
Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase just email me about it. As long as the product is undamaged I will issue 100% credit on the original price including the shipping fee. Item must be shipped in original packaging. Buyer to pay the return shipping charge. No credit will be issued until I have received the product in good condition. Credit will be paid on your request by check or PayPal.
