Somewhere in upstate New York, there lives a husband and wife team that operates Cabin Basics (http://www.cabinbasics.com/aboutcabinbasics.html). I found their site when I Googled northwest decor. I was looking for new art and accessories for my office. Being a fan of abstract and intense looking bears, I found just the print and immediately ordered it. Again, I received not just a confirmation of order email, I received a personal email note from Al Emmens, the owner of Cabin Basics, thanking me not only for my order but he went on to tell me a little about my purchase and his thoughts about how much I would enjoy the print and to let him know what I thought of not only the print but the quality when I received it.

I had to write him back and award him an instant A+ in customer service. And as a side note, the print arrived and it is wonderful. Great quality and packed by someone who wanted it to travel well across the country. Oh, and here is a secret.
