During manufacturing each sign starts with a sturdy sheet of tin. The artwork is "baked on" directly to the metal. The finish is tough and made to last. The edges of the tin are then folded back giving each piece rounded sides while adding strength. Tiny holes are drilled in each corner for hanging by nail or screw.
