2-Part Manufacturing Process: The manufacturer begins by casting #2 zinc into molds originally made from fine wood carvings. When you place your order the company sends the unfinished pieces to a plating company for coating in the finish of your choice. Finally, the pieces are top coated with a clear baked-on lacquer finish and sent back to the manufacturer for polishing, final quality control, and bagging. You can see why shipping takes a little while - your order will be custom made and inspected prior to shipping!
Installation: All pieces are shipped in individual sealed plastic bags and come with a standard 8/32" 1" long combination drive screw. Check your cabinets or drawers to see if they are thicker - if so let me know and I can get special "adjustable" screws for wider applications.
Manufacturer Direct Shipping: All hardware orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer - allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
